I Need To Buy Yew Wood

My friends ...

we're almost there! only two days and will be Christmas Eve. Luckily this year there was organized at my house or would have been utter madness, but it's always a race between gifts, work and personal life ... I still do the cake for 24, and the preparation of a few things for dinner with friends of 26, but the more I see the famous list of "to do" and more I realize that while removing a few things, if by magic they appear to others .. I'll make it!

I prepared this cake a little 'time ago, and I had also forgotten to post it .. but I will tell .... in these days of festivities is a dish not bad, looks good, is quick to prepare and tasty ... so it seems perfect to present in this period.

Ingredients:
  • 250 g bacon 300 g of potatoes
  • 3 zucchini 1 egg
  • grated Parmesan to taste nutmeg to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Line a cake tin with greaseproof paper wet and squeezed, and cover with slices of bacon, taking care to let some 'slice from the edge of the mold and then cover the pie.

Boil the potatoes and mash them to get a puree, clean and cook the zucchini in a pan with a little oil and salt, just enough time to soften them.
United zucchini cooked and made it cool to the mashed potatoes, and add the egg a bit 'of Parmesan, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Pour half of the dough into the mold, level and cover with slices of bacon, then put another potato mixture until completion.

Cover with slices of bacon that were left out of the mold to cover the entire compound of potatoes.


Bake at 180 for 30-35 minutes in conventional oven, being careful not to burn the bacon too (as I did! XD)


Delicious! Now you know very well that the courgettes are a passion of mine, but done in this way the pie purchase the typical taste of bacon, really good!

I finally got a little 'time to devote myself to the sweet!

Well time is short, work is killing me and I can not keep up with everything I do. Until October

last Saturday with two of my colleagues have spent the afternoon sprinkle powdered sugar everywhere in my kitchen! XD an afternoon to make them feel decorating cakes with the mmf, and have a great time including me of course, and the result was fantastic because it was their first time! ^ _ ^

I had prepared for the occasion, a sponge cake test to show her how to play the sweet, but then we used it Sunday and I made this beautiful cake to take to the office, pity that I could not eat because I stayed home sick, but they liked to go back and see my husband with the vacuum port cakes is a great satisfaction.

For the cake you seviranno:
a sponge
1 jar of good
purée 1 package cream
6 0 7 glacè
brown flakes

Preparation:
Divide sponge cake into two or more sections to the recipe you can find it here , moisten with the syrup, maraschino I did, but very delicate.

Since I have not eaten I can not give an opinion direct, but only to my husband and my colleagues .. loved it, but I feel that for those who do not like things too sweet is not exactly the ideal :-)


few small changes? a good sponge cake with chocolate would be perfect!

How To Make A Curly Q Corker

A sweet scent .. This emanated my oven this cake while it was cooking.

Sure you have to like pine nuts, but I think who like me really like can not be happy with this delight.

will then this cake reminds me of sweet memories of when we went in the woods to take the pine nuts and crushed with a stone .. was always a treat for me because they were the ones that I ate more than those who gave to me and when I could eat because I was small and could not always good dose strength .. some were so 'sfranti' to stay stuck to the stone XD and especially since my mom was happy to have the dirt floor of the balcony looking ... daughter full range of resin on hands, clothes! ^ _ ^ But cabbage ... I had so much fun!

A little trick to not let me forget that every time I look out on the blogosphere, I just can not do more, partly because I'm not even doing much in the kitchen, but this dessert I had won and I needed just a cuddle so as to pull myself up, sometimes there is very good!

The recipe was taken from 'ready' on sale this month.


Ingredients:
  • 300 grams of flour 320 g sugar 160 g butter
  • 180 grams of pine nuts
  • 4 eggs 1 lemon 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 package yeast 1 pinch of salt


change the recipe without lactose
Replace butter with margarine


Preparation:
Melt the butter over a low heat , brush a little on the baking sheet and sprinkle with flour.

Sift flour with baking powder and vanilla.
Chop 150 grams of pine nuts with 2 Tbsp of sugar.
Separate the yolks from the whites and mount them until stiff with a pinch of salt.
Add sugar to yolks and beat with a whisk, add to these the wire and melted butter, stirring constantly. Stir in the sifted flour and a bit 'at a time add the chopped pine nuts and grated rind of lemon. Stir well and then the lemon juice mixture and very gently to them and not to dismantle the egg whites.

Bake the cake for about 40 min at 180 ° and not open for at least the first 20 min, widen to as well.

Once cool sprinkle with icing sugar and pine nuts.

Delicious .. an intense and very delicate.
