Cake Mate Icing - Does It Freeze Well?

Farfalle with arugula pesto with almonds

admit it was one of those people who so desired the arrival of the warm and sunny days, but I think I want too! :-) Hopefully it subsides a bit 'this AFA because it makes me really a zombie!

not know about you but I can not do many things because the pressure I get under your feet, but obvious
catkins do not stop to cook, though not because I prefer big salad and lots of fruit, but I sometimes try small treats and try new recipe.

is so how did this pesto, a little experiment also appreciated by the husband who was a bit 'skeptical at first, but I was very pleased.

I tell you now that I went very eye because I followed a bit 'instinct so do not carry the precise doses.

Ingredients:
  • Rocket
  • pine nuts parmesan
  • extra virgin olive oil ½ clove of garlic (I omitted)
  • salt

Preparation
Wash accurately the rocket, and place it in an earthenware with all the other ingredients. With the help of a blender or mini primer to form a thick, well mixed
ata.
If there 's a bit dry add a little oil, do not put much just beginning to adjust it slowly.

A really good result with that hint tempered by the bitterness of the arugula parmesan cheese, an excellent first course that'll make
course, perhaps adding the tomatoes and shrimp.
As a variation you can replace the pine nuts with almonds, for a different taste.

I take this opportunity to thank Deborah's blog C Hez Denci premiums received, thanks! As my usual
them around, but I leave them for those who have the pleasure to take them because you deserve them all!

Suggest Names For College

Tozzetti

Do you think he turned on the oven in this heat? absolutely not, my husband has closed and hidden the key! :-P

It has a point, is really hot to turn on the oven and be able to eat in the evening in the kitchen, then you'll wonder where he cooked the inserts? simple, due to time constraints place now a recipe for about a month ago! ^ _ ^ '

Honestly, I plan to prepare many things, but all require the use of the oven so for now look, first of all the chiffon cake, I finally arrived a few weeks ago the mold and can not wait to try it * _ *

this recipe I will leave you quite quickly, and to secure successful and can have some cookies for some beautiful fragrant day, perhaps to nibble on the balcony or outdoors if you have a garden and get some 'cool!

Ingredients:

500 grams of flour 300 g sugar 300 g almonds
broken (or whole as I did)

100 g of light oil 1 teaspoon baking powder 3 eggs

1 zest

lemon Preparation:
Pour all ingredients together and mix thoroughly until you get a nice shiny dough.

Divide into two or three small loaves and place on baking tray covered with lightly oiled parchment paper and place them apart because they grow very well in cooking.

Bake at 180 degrees until they are golden brown. Remove from the oven and cut diagonally, put them in the oven for a few minutes to make brown and crisp.

With the dosage regimen if they get a lot, but I assure you that one leads to another then it's easy enough to finish them :-)

Buonissimi accompanied by a sweet wine and Pucci, perfect to eat with friends!
